Steve-Watt Constructions Pty Ltd was founded in 1980 and in that time we are proud to say we have successfully completed some 700 projects over the past 40 years, in all aspects of commercial, industrial and multi unit residential building.
Our projects range from small to medium in size and they range vastly in form, function and purpose. We have completed projects throughout Sydney and it’s surrounding regional and coastal areas.
Steve-Watt Constructions Pty Ltd has been a member of the Master Builders Association of NSW since 1980, and we have implemented Quality Assurance Systems to assist in the success of our projects.

Timeline
1980
Bob founded SWC in 1980 with our head office in Padstow with our first project being an upgrade at Tyndale College in Blacktown. In 1985 Ivan joined our team. Faxes and Letters the dominant communication modality. Blueprints to build from.
1990
With the start of the 90’s brought Steve-Watt project no. 108 at Mary Immaculate Bossley Park. We closesd a strong decade out with project no. 278 which was the Catholic Education Office in Revesby. We moved our head office from Padstow to Bankstown.
2000
The start of a great decade for SWC as Jay our head estimator joined our team followed by Tony in 2004 and Gareth in 2005. Head office relocation to Lidcombe and project no. 441 completed at St Paul’s in Camden.
2010
The BER brought a flurry of activity to SWC and soon after we relocated to our new head office in Silverwater. Project no. 686 kicks at St Mark’s in Drummoyne.
2021
Currently over 700 projects in our portfolio under our belt, our work spans across commercial, industry and multi-residential building.
